Kroz tri bogata članka autori: Franjo Velčić, Anton Bozanić i Saša Ilijić donose tek dio govora o odnosu sluge Božjega prema svojoj rodnoj Sloveniji i sunarodnjacima Slovencima, odnosu prema Talijanima koji žive na području Krčke biskupije u vremenu njegova pastirskog vodstva, te pitanju odnosa prema Kraljevini Jugoslaviji.
